All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e‑wallets, and other methods offered at checkout. Payment is captured upon order confirmation. You agree to pay the full amount, including shipping, fees, and taxes. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel your order.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. These are subject to return or exchange only as per our Return Policy. We make every effort to display accurate product images and colors; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display reflects true colors. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or Services to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We may limit the quantity of products or services offered and may change descriptions or pricing at our discretion. All offers are void where prohibited. We do not warrant that any products, services, or other materials obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.

Once you place an order, we will send an email acknowledgement confirming receipt, order number, and details. This is not an acceptance. We retain the right to accept or reject orders wholly or partially (e.g., due to stock, pricing, or fraud concerns). If your order is canceled, a refund will be issued following the refund procedure.

Section 8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship products within Indonesia. Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and coverage zones are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to cut-off times, processing delays, or carrier issues. Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you upon successful delivery.

Section 9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information  
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information,
including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
